Are You Embarrassed From Bad Breath?

Do you want to hear that you have a bad breath? Of course not. Every body has bad breath at some point of time. But some has this problem permanently. It is also called halitosis. Certainly bad breath is not good. It’s embracing. It can ruin your relations because no one would want to talk to you. But you can avoid it once you have fixed this problem.

Some people can not feel their breath. Different ways can be used to find out about your breath. Lick your palm and dry out your saliva, after that smell it. You will find about your breath. Smell your dental floss after using it. You will get an idea about your breath.

 Causes

Bad breath is mainly due to bacteria in your mouth which gives gases or noxious odor that smells bad. It is also many other reason like;

  • Food (garlic, ginger, meat, onion, fish etc)
  • Dry mouth
  • Poor oral hygiene
  • Gum diseases
  • Respiratory tract infections
  • Smoking
  • Throat infection
  • Nasal or sinus infection
Preventive Measures

Once you fix the problem, you can avoid bad breath. Here are some tips to avoid bad breath.

  • Brush your teeth regularly especially after every meal
  • Don’t smoke
  • Clean your tongue
  • Wet your whistle
  • Floss at least once in a day
  • You have to change your tooth brush after 3 months
  • Regular visit the dentist to check your overall oral health
