Fruits are most important element of your diet. No one can deny its importance for health. Fruits are source of vitamins, minerals, and fibers which are very essential nutrients for human body. Majority fruits are low in calories and have little fat or cholesterol so help you to maintain a good figure and prevent you from over piling a pound.

Summer has started now. It brings variety of fruits. Summer fruits include peaches, berries, mangoes, apricot, melon, water melon, lychee nuts, plums etc. Here I will share summer fruits benefits with you.


Apricots
These are also called golden orange due to its velvety skin. These are rich source e of beta-carotene which is used to convert vitamin A in the body. More over it has vitamin C, Iron, and fibers. It helps I digestion. It is very good for eyesight because it contain vitamin A. People having anemia, constipation can be beneficial from this.
