Healthy Starter in 7 steps

I am going to share you here a healthy starter recipe for your lunch or dinner.

Cooking time: 30min approx

Ingredients: 
1. Sausages  (1 packet)
2. White floor (1cup)
3. Bread Crumb one cup 
4. Egg 1 (beat it)
4. Capsicum 3 top 4
6. Onion 2 to 3 
7. Cabbage 2 cups
8. Tomatoes
9.  Oil or Butter(in melt form)for frying
10. Pinch of salt
11. Pepper


Cooking directions: 
1. Cut the sausages in small slices.
2. Chop the vegetables Capsicum, onion,  Cabbage and tomatoes
3. Take sausage and dip them into the egg, then coat white floor and then bread crumb.
4. Fry the sausages. Now spread these fried sausages on a paper or tissue.
5. Light fry the vegetables. Add pinch of salt and pepper into it. 
6. Now mix all the well ingredients.
7. Serve by decorating parsley.

This recipe is good as your starter. It contains less fat and more proteins. You can add more ingredients with your choice such as Mushrooms, prawns, Cottage cheese etc.
