Ways to Care Your Teeth

No one can deny the importance of teeth. They help in chewing the food and make your look best. That’s why one should take care of them. Here are some tips through which you can make your teeth healthy and strong. Some of these tips may be look generally. But when you will try them you will see remarkable difference not only in general health but also your teeth health.


  • Of course a healthy diet is one of the main factors which keep your teeth healthy and strong. Some food and water naturally have fluoride which keeps teeth strong and prevents them from decay.

  • Try to drink lot of water because water naturally has fluoride which is essential element to keep your teeth healthy and strong.

  • Brush your teeth at least twice in a day especially before going to bed and after lunch.

  • Always use soft brush of some good company. Hard brushes can damage your mouth skin.

  • Try to avoid chilled water. It decays your teeth.

  • Never consume frozen food after hot eating hot food.

  • Chew food in a best possible way. Don’t try to swallow it.

  • Use of a good mouth wash is also an important tip. It keeps your enamel healthier. But never swallow it. Good time to use it is before going to bed.
  • You can also consult with your dentist for further help.

  • Floss at least once in a day. It will reach where tooth brush can not reach.
