every meal then these bacteria grow up. This produces acid which is converted into
plaque. But when you drink green tea then it not only controls bacteria but
also lowers the acidity level in saliva which ultimately prevents your teeth
from cavities.
Gum Diseases Protection
Green
tea also prevents you from gum diseases because it has anti-inflammatory power.
It is found in one German research that people who drink green tea have more
healthy gums as compared to those people who don’t drink.
Less Risk of Teeth Loss
When
you will have healthy gums and teeth then there is less risk f losing your
teeth. So drinking green tea not only keeps your gums and teeth healthy but
also prevents you from teeth loss.
Prevention from Bad Breath
Green
tea also prevents you from bad breath. Research proved that it has antioxidants
which control many compounds that are cause of bad breath.
Controls Oral Cancer
Some
researches also have proved that it is good prevention from oral cancer. In one
study green tea was given to those patients who already had precancerous
lesions in their mouth and results were quite remarkable. So green tea also
